The fourth stamp in the series is the "Trans-Canada Airplane" stamp from the "War Issue Set", issued in Canada in 1942, and identified as CE1. It was an airmail special delivery stamp.
The stamp represents the many airplane crashes on The Island as well as the Supply Drop, all of which could be considered "Special Deliveries".
Face value: 16¢.
