The third stamp in this series is the "Beach Umbrella Stamp". Released in the United States in 1990, it is identified by US Scott Catalog #2443. It was the first stamp in the Mini-Scape series. It was also the first postcard stamp to be issued only in booklet form.
The stamp represents the time spent on the beach at "camp", by the survivors of Oceanic Flight 815. The umbrella and seagul are reminiscent of Claire.
Face value: 15¢.
